Job Summary
Our closely-knit team of designers, craftsmen, and metalworkers are looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join us. We need a highly versatile, creative, and data-driven individual to take complete ownership of our digital presence. You should be equally comfortable behind a camera capturing the beautiful details of our metalwork as you are behind a desk analysing ad spend and audience metrics.
We ask that you have significant experience across major social and digital platforms, with a strong ability in both front-end content creation and back-end campaign management. Above all, you should be passionate about design and have a willingness to continually innovate.

We are open to discussing both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate. Standard full-time working hours are 8am—5pm, with a 2:30pm Friday finish. There will be some circumstances where travel (mainly to London or project sites) is required.
This role is based near to Newcastle-upon-Tyne in North East England, and the candidate must be able to commute to our workshop in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
The right candidate should:

- Possess vast experience in managing Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp.
- Have strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality artwork and marketing collateral.
- Possess strong photography and videography skills, with an exceptional eye for detail, light, and composition to capture our luxury surfaces and furniture.
- Be highly analytical, with the ability to navigate back-end platforms to track ROI, optimise digital advertising, and report on project success.
- Have excellent copywriting skills, with an ability to communicate effectively to our target audience of high-end interior designers and architects.
- Be highly organised, thorough, and not shy of a little admin.
- Possess a full UK driving licence and be able to commute to our workshop in Washington with their own vehicle.
- Be happy to get their hands dirty when required, working closely with our workshop and finishing teams to capture behind-the-scenes content.
- Have an existing right to work in the UK (non-negotiable).
The role will cover the following responsibilities:
- Channel Management: Complete ownership of all social media output, managing daily posting, community engagement, and audience growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Capturing all social content (photography and video) of our manufacturing processes, standard products, and bespoke commissions, ensuring it reflects our brand style and quality.
- Campaign Leadership: Leading and directing product shoot campaigns from conceptualisation through to final delivery.
- Digital Advertising & Budgets: Building, managing, and optimising paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite and Google Ads. Managing the marketing budget to ensure high ROI and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Designing, writing, and distributing regular newsletters via Mailchimp to our trade clients and subscribers.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports to the Directors on digital project success, audience engagement, and campaign profitability.
- Strategic Alignment: Working closely with our Business Development team to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales targets, particularly in our expansion into the US and Middle Eastern markets.
- Website Management: Keeping our website up to date and representative of our brand.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensuring all visual and written outputs suitably reflect our company in their style, tone, and appearance at all times.

Terms
- This can be a full-time or a part-time role and is based at our workshop in Washington, Tyne & Wear. As public transport links are poor, we strongly recommend applicants are able to travel to work via car.
- Overtime may be required from time-to-time.
Salary
- From £30,000 depending on experience.
