The darkest tone in our wood veneer range, our Dark Oak Veneer combines the beauty of oak and it’s distinctive character, but with a deeper colour. With a soft lustre and rich hue, this oiled finish celebrates the honest texture and grain of the timber beneath.

This is a living finish, will evolve and deepen over time. The oil enriches the wood’s natural character while offering a subtle layer of protection against water, dirt, and UV exposure. As the surface matures, it will develop a richer tone and a gentle sheen that speaks to its use and history.

All of our timber finishes are hand-applied by our craftsmen and as such there will always be a degree of tonal variation, an intrinsic quality that gives each piece its own distinct personality and beauty.

Excessive or improper use can damage the surface or cause enhanced local tarnishing.
