Our Dark Brass finish is understated, calm, and timeless. Its deep tone offers quiet elegance, with a soft lustre that sits beautifully in both contemporary and traditional settings.

Like all of our living finishes, Dark Brass will age naturally, though at a much slower pace than our lighter brass tones. Its surface gently mellows over time, developing a subtle character without dramatic change, perfect for those who value brass’s natural beauty but prefer a more settled appearance.

The waxed surface provides a limited barrier against tarnishing, though contact from hands, splashes of liquid, or cleaning products will accelerate localised ageing. This should not be considered a fault but a natural part of the graceful ageing process.

Every finish is hand-applied by our craftsmen, and tonal variation is both inevitable and celebrated—an intrinsic part of what makes each piece unique and beautiful.
