Administrative Assistant

Our closely-knit team of designers, craftsmen and metalworkers are looking for a talented Administrative Assitant to help keep us in order. We need an organiser, an admin wizard, someone with fantastic people skills who can help run a tight ship.

Although not a design role, maintaining an interest is an advantage. Experience in administrative roles is essential, but primarily we’re seeking a candidate with the right attitude, who shares our passion for working hard towards exciting goals.

Working hours are 8am-5pm, with a 3pm Friday finish. There will be some circumstances where overtime and travel (mainly to London) is required.

Salary upon to £20,000 plus bonus, depending on experience.

The role includes, but is not limited to, leading on the following tasks —

  • Liaising with our clients

  • Responding to enquiries by phone and email

  • Managing our online sales platforms

  • Logistical support and planning of collections, exports and deliveries

  • Ordering from and making payments to our suppliers

  • Book-keeping and payroll (Xero experience useful)

  • Providing general admin assistance to our team

  • Acting as our key HR contact for team members

  • Providing general professional assistance to our directors

  • Planning our social events

  • Driving licence
